Another successful attic mold remediation completed by SheaPrecision.

This attic had a bathroom fan venting directly into the attic space instead of outside, causing excess moisture buildup and mold growth on the roof sheathing.

We professionally treated and remediated the affected areas, leaving the attic clean and restored.

*Sometimes a job is about more than just paint*

SheaPrecision recently had the privilege of helping with a new 12-unit supportive housing project being created by Alternative Residences Alternatives for adults living with mental illness who are also experiencing chronic homelessness💚💚

Our part of the project included freshening up the hallway and painting five bedrooms, along with the doors and trim — helping turn the space into a clean, welcoming environment for the people who will eventually call it home.🏠

We’re proud to be part of supporting the incredible work Alternative Residences Alternatives is doing for members of our community during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Big respect to everyone involved in bringing this project together. It’s a reminder that sometimes the work we do isn’t just about buildings — it’s about helping people.

🎨 New Tool = Better Color Matches 🎨

Picked up this little gadget to make life easier when freshening up walls for clients.

It’s called the SherMatch+ and it scans your existing paint color so I can get a much closer match when doing touch-ups or repainting a space,and it send the match to my phone!

No more guessing games when trying to match that wall color from years ago.
