The real MVPs… the ones who keep the office running, the bills paid, invoices out the door, banks balanced, and credit cards paid and the list goes on and on.

They’re handling 6 phone lines that never stop ringing, keep our safety certificate on point (and making sure the team gets their paperwork in 👀), and somehow keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

The heartbeat of our company, and a big part of why things run smooth.

You think you’ve seen it all… until a call like this comes in. This was a first for our shop and our 2 technicians that responded to the call!

We were proud to be invited by Skills NB to attend Empower Her event in Fredericton, the largest Try-a-Trade event they’ve ever hosted!

We brought a fun twist to washer toss… swapping washers for 💩 stress balls, and it was a huge hit with the students 😄

Great to see so many high school students (over 1000) exploring opportunities in the trades and having some fun along the way.

Pictured here are Lex, Becky, and Charlee (our co-op student from Harrison Trimble High School, who’s with us until June)

Thanks again to Skills NB for having us. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Both Lex and Chris completed their apprenticeship with Ermen Plumbing & Heating, and we’ve been proud to be part of their journey from day one. We’re thrilled to celebrate this milestone with them and look forward to continuing the journey together as Red Seal plumbers. 🎉

🛠️ March Break Mission: Uncover the Mystery of Your Home! 🕵️‍♀️

Hey Moncton families! March Break is here, and while the kids are home, why not turn it into a fun learning adventure?

Ermen Plumbing and Heating challenges you to... The "Home Explorer" Scavenger Hunt!
🕵️‍♀️ Mission 1: Find the main water shut-off valve! (Crucial to know in an emergency!)
🔍 Mission 2: Locate all the cold air returns and furnace filters. (Are they clean?)
💡 Mission 3: Discover where the water heater is and note its temperature setting.
🛠️ Mission 4: Help clear any visible drain blockages in sinks or tubs. (Safety first, little helpers!)

It's a great way to teach kids about their home's systems and prevent future plumbing/heating mysteries! Plus, knowing where these things are can save you stress (and maybe a service call!) later.
