Check out this half-acre property transformation in Notre Dame!

Soft spots, drainage headaches, and a driveway in need of some love. We came in, diagnosed the issues, and got to work. 💪

Here's what we delivered:

✅ Grading
✅ Drainage correction — leveraged the existing French drain and ran gutters underground to eliminate soft spots caused by heavy rain
✅ Fresh topsoil throughout
✅ Hydroseeding — saving our client 25% compared to sod!
✅ Crushed gravel laid on the driveway

Another job in Irishtown, approximately 30,000 sq ft of grading and topsoil work. And, we have to say, this one came with a pretty cool twist.

As part of the grading, we prepped a custom bunker for our client's backyard — the foundation for a future golf sand trap! 🏌️

✅ Regraded the entire area for proper drainage and a level finish
✅ Removed a dead tree and ground out the stump
✅ Hauled in fresh topsoil to build a healthy base
✅ Power raked the area to prep the surface
✅ Hydroseeded for a thick, lush lawn that'll be turning heads all summer
