Received a strange call yesterday of a young woman getting shocks from a switch in the basement of their home. After finding some alarming voltage irregularities in the home at several lights plugs and switch, I had a look in the panel and found that someone previous to me had undone the ground strap. Once I re installed it all the irregularities went away. Long story short thankfully I was able to find the issue and correct it.

Hope this conduit makes it impossible/harder to steal! This was some tech cable just ty-rapped to the frame work of these unit so it would have been a breeze to cut it, I removed it and installed some 3/4 EMT conduit not to shabby if I do say so myself!

We separated a space from the rest of the building that surrounds it. We isolated the circuits that were fed from other spaces disconnected them and re fed them from the new panel. It took some doing and we had to stay a little late but got the job done!

This was a fairly big job, we added a second meter to a 400amp 600volt service to separate two tenancies. But no job to big for Larry Electric Ltd.
