What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Foreperson/Traffic Control Manager, the Traffic Control Person will help ensure road safety on active construction sites by:
✔ Safely directing public traffic
✔ Coordinating construction vehicle movement
✔ Maintaining a safe work environment for crews and the public

✅ Traffic Control Manager Certification (asset)

Road construction crews are out every day building and repairing the roads we all rely on — often just feet away from moving traffic. Our asphalt crews, concrete crews, equipment operators, and flaggers work long hours in heat, dust, noise, and dangerous conditions to keep our communities moving safely.

A few extra minutes in traffic may feel frustrating, but for our crews, one distracted driver can change everything.

⚠️ Please remember when approaching a work zone:

Slow down and obey posted speed limits
Watch for flaggers and equipment operators
Put the phone away
Leave extra space between vehicles
Be patient — delays are temporary
Respect the workers protecting your roads

Every cone, sign, and flagger is there for a reason. These men and women deserve to go home safely to their families at the end of every shift.

We’re looking for an experienced **Civil Foreman, Water & Sewer Foreman, Landscape Foreman, Concrete Foreman** to lead crews on a variety of civil and infrastructure projects. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong field experience and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
✔ Supervising and coordinating daily site operations
✔ Leading crews on civil and infrastructure projects
✔ Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and on budget
✔ Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
✔ Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
✔ Monitoring quality control and maintaining project standards
✔ Enforcing health & safety policies and procedures

**Projects Include:**
• Civil infrastructure
• Municipal water & sewer (pipe) installations
• Street & road reconstruction
• Highway construction
• Marine work (breakwaters & shoreline protection)
