🏠 New Roof Day!

We just had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results! We went with IKO Dynasty shingles in Dual Black — a bold, premium architectural shingle built to handle high winds and look great doing it.

The chimney got a full custom matte black metal wrap, giving it a clean, modern look that ties everything together perfectly. We also took the opportunity to upgrade the entire ventilation system, which helps extend the life of the roof and keeps the home more energy efficient year-round.
