Feel like your worth isn't being seen? Or looking for a change?

We're growing — and we're looking for experienced tradespeople who are ready to step up and lead.

This isn't a labourer role. We want someone who knows the work, takes pride in it, and is ready to take real ownership of a crew, a truck, and a job site.

What we offer:
🔨 Competitive wages
📈 A clear path from Seasonal Full-Time → Full-Time with Benefits
🛠️ Your own truck, trailer & tools
🏗️ Consistent work with a company that's actually growing

What we're looking for:
☑️ Decking, Carpentry & Finishing experience
☑️ Dependable, versatile, and a natural leader
☑️ Ready to take charge and communicate up the chain
☑️ Must be able to speak and read English

Monday to Friday | 7AM – 6PM | Some travel involved for select projects

If you've been doing the work and not getting the recognition — this is your shot.

Servicing the local community in the area of roofing, flooring, decks, renovations, and wood framing.

Today was a good day. 🧡

Teen Challenge does incredible work helping men in our community fight addiction and rebuild their lives — but their zero turn mower broke down, and the guys have been out there maintaining their (huge) property by hand in this heat.

That’s not something we could just watch happen. So today, J.A. Kelly Contracting Services picked up a brand new zero turn mower, delivered it out to the Center, and walked the team through how to run it.

Supporting the people doing this kind of work in our community is one of the things we care about most. Proud to help these guys out, and even prouder of the work they’re doing every day.

🙏 Keep up the great work, Teen Challenge Canada

There is nothing better than giving back to our amazing community! 🪵❤️

Meet Colin Lutes, one of our talented carpenters here at 𝗝𝗔 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. In this clip, Colin takes us behind the scenes of a very special project—a custom 18x12 wood deck built as a giveaway for an incredibly deserving lady right here in the 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗻 area.

For Colin and the rest of our crew, the absolute best part of the job isn't just working alongside a great team; it’s seeing the final, polished product and the pure joy on our clients' faces when a project comes together.

From small community initiatives to massive backyard transformations, our team brings top-tier craftsmanship to every single build.

Custom decks built for New Brunswick winters. Freeze-thaw cycles, heavy snow loads, and Atlantic humidity are hard on a deck, so we engineer ours from the footings up to last decades.
