"What are Customer Regrets When Building a Home?"

Regrets? We hear them all the time...
Matt Feeney sits down to answer one of the questions we get most: What do homeowners wish they'd done differently once the build is finished?

The answer surprises people. It's rarely the layout, the kitchen, or the budget. It's the things left unfinished — upgraded flooring that got "we'll do it later," and the basement that stayed bare concrete while the rest of the house got lived in.

Because here's the truth: a home isn't finished when you get the keys. It's finished when you stop noticing what's missing. Deferred work doesn't get cheaper or easier — it gets harder to schedule, harder to match, and harder to live around once your furniture, your family and your routines are all in place.

Watch as Matt breaks down why those two come up again and again, and what to think about before you decide to wait.

Building this year, or thinking about it? Bring us your questions — we'd rather answer them on paper than have you answer them after.
