50’ x 132’ Shed Addition our team completed this winter!

This addition includes bubble foil underlayment on the roof to prevent sweating and condensation on the underside of the steel along with bird mesh on the ceiling. Both help protect this farmers equipment!

This 89’ x 200’ finishing barn and feed room addition we completed last fall adds capacity while improving workflow and ventilation. 🐷

The full plastic interior with stainless fasteners ensures long term corrosion resistance and will reduce upkeep in the future!

This pool pavilion we built this fall is a place our customers like to call “The Cottage”!🏖️

The cottage is equipped with some roll up screens in the door ways and windows to allow for easy access and a cool breeze on those hot summer days!☀️

A new wood fence around the pool, a new matching steel roof for their existing pool shed and a deck for hanging laundry on the line completes this backyard oasis!

We are grateful to our customers for giving us the opportunity to transform their back yard! We’ll be back in the summer for a quick dip😉

Every farming operation is different. 🐓🐖🐄

That’s why at Van Herk Construction Ltd. we work with farmers to design and deliver solutions specifically tailored to their operations needs.

This 80’ x 236’ farm storage building we completed boasts an 80’ x 100’ heated shop, complete with a wash bay portion and plenty of cold storage space for their equipment. 🚜

We are always grateful for our customers who give us the opportunity to produce high quality buildings that last generations.

This 80’ x 296’ tunnel ventilated broiler barn was completed by our team last fall!

The concrete sandwich walls on this barn ensure its durability and longevity while improving efficiency with little future maintenance needed!

Directly under the roof steel, our crew installed foil insulation which allows for the air being pulled from the attic through the inlets to remain cool for the birds!

Our team completed this 65’ x 292’ broiler barn earlier this summer!

This tunnel ventilated project included an office, a generator room, a bathroom and a warming room!

This was our second project working with our friends at Core Designs + Build and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
