Before and after Furnace and Hot Water Tank replacement.
The customer just bought the home and wanted a fresh start with the HVAC.
We installed a brand new Canadian made Continental furnace, 5" media filter cabinet, new R/A drop, re-installed the humidifier and a brand new Giant 50 gallon hot water tank.
AC was fairly new so we left that in for them and just did a quick maintenance to make sure it was operating properly to reduce costs for them.

Continental 2 ton AC Install.
Apprentice got to do the outdoor all by themself. I'd say they did a wicked job!
Who knows, maybe there's one more heat wave to come.

They don't make them like this anymore. 53 years old and finally had its final day. The wood grain panel is my favourite part.

Replaced with a Canadian made Continental 1.5 ton 13.4 Seer2.
Installed new plenum and cleaned up all the duct work.
Ran all new lineset through drop ceiling.
Was a fun one.

Another one bites the dust.
AC replacement, mounted new unit on brackets to allow access for repairs and replacements of deck boards below. Also tucked the unit away a bit for more room.
