Prop & Custom Fabrication We are a team dedicated to building the most realistic and unique props and costumes. No project is too small or too large.

We use a variety of materials ranging from Pepakura, Bondo, Fiberglass, MDF, EVA foam, silicone rubber molding and Polyurethane plastics. All commissions are considered. Don't hesitate to ask!

After 12 years of having a booth at Fan Expo, we’ve decided this year’s was our last.

We’ve been exhibiting every year since 2014 and just recently moved into a bigger space, so this wasn’t an easy call. As things get busier at the shop, the booth takes a lot of time away from the bigger projects we’re building, and we want to give those our full attention.

It’s been an absolute blast. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted with us, bought a prop, or came back year after year. You made it special.

Don’t worry, our props aren’t going anywhere. We’ll be moving them over to our online store once it’s up and running, so stay tuned.

And we’ll still be at Fan Expo as guests, so come say hi. See you there! ❤️🙂

We built a giant mobile soccer cleat for Desjardins, developed to support its activation with AFC Toronto! ⚽️ Cut from foam slices, hard coated, sanded smooth, and finished with a glossy 2K clear coat, this 7ft shoe was delivered straight to the stadium for fans to leave kind and encouraging messages for the AFC team. Such a sweet way to combine artistry with a memorable fan experience, and we loved being part of it.

New custom displays for the new cafe in town! We just finished something really fun for Columbus Cafe. Custom acrylic signs, colour matched vinyl, LED backlighting, and a giant coffee cup prop. We loved bringing this one to life.

Showcasing our newest prop build – the Fallout 10mm pistol!

Custom 3D modeled from scratch, cast in solid rubber, and finished with flexible paints for durability without losing detail.

This is a replica prop inspired by the Fallout universe, fully safe and made for display, cosplay, and collectors.

We finished up a few sets of Behelits from Berserk, showcasing three different stages of their awakening leading up to the Eclipse.

Each piece was custom 3D modeled, resin printed, sanded, and hand painted. The tears are made with tinted UV resin, finished with leather string for authenticity.

A lot of care went into staying true to the source material and bringing these iconic artifacts to life.
