Before ➡️ After | Front Porch Transformation 🏡

A small exterior change can make a big difference.

For this front entrance, we upgraded the existing porch with a clean, modern stucco finish, giving the home a brighter and more updated look while keeping the original character of the stone and architectural details.

Small detail. Big difference.

These three dormers may look simple once they’re finished, but getting them right was a different challenge.

A&N helped the homeowner develop a dormer design that properly matched the architecture and proportions of the house. Once we started, we discovered the existing framing wasn’t quite right, so our team reframed and adjusted all three dormers before completing the exterior finish.

From scaffolding and framing corrections to the final stucco details and mouldings, everything had to come together properly.

The finished dormers now look like they were always meant to be part of the home.

Good exterior work isn’t just installation — it’s solving problems and getting the details right.

What started as a simple two-pillar replacement turned into a complete front entrance restoration. 🏠

The client originally called us to replace two damaged pillars. Once we opened everything up, we discovered serious hidden water damage and rot caused by improper capping from the previous stucco installation. Water had been getting behind the moulding and into the structure for years.

Simply replacing the pillars would not have been safe, so our team took care of the entire repair from start to finish.

All handled by one team: demolition, structural framing, flat-roof repair and waterproofing, stucco/EIFS, new moulding, metal capping, caulking, and complete finishing.

We rebuilt the front canopy properly, corrected the water-management details, and gave the entrance a clean, modern new look.

Small repair turned into a complete solution — done properly from the inside out.
