A storm drain that needed some love 👨‍🔧🌧️

The homeowner called us to address two issues:

1️⃣ The underground storm drain was clogged. After completing a camera inspection, we found a significant buildup of leaves and debris. We brought in our heavy-duty drain-cleaning equipment and quickly got the line cleared and flowing again.

2️⃣ A separate downspout was discharging directly into the garden bed, causing it to flood during heavy rainfall. We modified the existing storm drainage system and installed a dedicated drain connection to carry the downspout water safely away from the garden.

Another drainage problem solved—and another happy customer! 🥳

Finishing up a custom home build in Muskoka.

We wanted to provide the homeowner with a simple, clean, and reliable way to seasonalize their hose bibs and shop water supply before winter.

Rather than having to grab a bucket to catch the water each time the lines are drained, we installed a system using main shut-off valves with integrated bleeder valves that automatically discharge into a drain pipe.

It’s a small detail, but thoughtful plumbing design like this makes seasonal maintenance quicker, cleaner, and much more convenient.

A new and improved sump pump drainage system 💧

Our clients in Port Credit were experiencing ongoing issues with their existing sump discharge. We proposed and installed a more effective solution using a properly designed French drain system.

Our team handled the entire project from start to finish, including:
• Excavation
• Coring
• Plumbing
• Backfill
• Sod repair
• Interlock installation

A clean, efficient system designed to manage water the right way and help protect the property long-term.

Our team was hired to complete the plumbing and HVAC 🔧🌬️ for a 6,500 sq ft custom home in Vaughan.

One of the most challenging — and rewarding — parts of this project was designing the second-floor mechanical room. With a space of roughly 4 ft wide by 5 ft deep, we had to fit a significant amount of equipment into a very tight area 📏

This required precise planning of both the equipment layout and sheet metal design 🧰📐 The roof truss configuration added another layer of complexity, making the ductwork routing especially challenging 🌪️

But seeing it all come together exactly as planned made it worth it 🙌 This one is definitely for the books 📘
