The final layer is taking shape 💎

The standing seam installation is progressing for our partners Glenaden Homes I GTA Builders , bringing this home on Toronto’s east side closer to its finished look. With the flat roofing already complete, our crew is now working across all four sides of the home.

The assembly includes 2” XPS insulation and 2” Z-bars, with no airspace as specified by the client. For this lakeside property, the added insulation contributes to the home’s thermal performance, while the standing seam brings clean lines and a striking finish to the exterior.

As more sections are completed, the architectural vision is coming into focus. From the panel alignment to the corners and finishing details, care goes into every stage of the installation.

Hottest home on the block 🔥

Completed the standing seam and flat roofing for our partners Jordyn Developments .

Our team delivered a complete roofing package designed to bring together long term performance and clean architectural detail. The project features a standing seam metal roof using 24 gauge pre-painted steel panels, complemented by a Soprema SBS modified bitumen system across the low slope sections.

Custom concealed gutters, architectural skylights, flashings, and sheet metal details were carefully integrated throughout the home, maintaining clean transitions and the sharp architectural lines envisioned for the project.

From the foundation to the finishing details 🔪

Our work at the Toronto Zoo in Scarborough started well before the siding went up.

Before beginning the exterior cladding, our team completed all of the foundation waterproofing, helping create a properly protected building envelope from the ground up.

From there, we moved onto the exterior walls. The crew has installed the waterproofing membrane and has now started installing the Z bars as we prepare for the next stages of the exterior cladding system.

Securing the Foundation 💦⛔️

We're back in Etobicoke being trusted with the foundation waterproofing of this warehouse expansion. The crew started with primer, then installed the waterproofing membrane and finished with the drainage board. Each layer plays a part in protecting the foundation from moisture before the ground is backfilled.
