Flat roofing’s nearly locked in on this one and the rest is just getting started.

Back on site with our partners as the crew pushes toward the finish line on the flat roofing scope.

We’re currently wrapping up:
• SBS modified bitumen flat roofing (main roof + balconies)
• Torch-applied base & cap sheet system

Full scope on this build includes:
• Garden suite roofing (main + balcony)
• Custom 26-gauge sheet metal flashings & parapet coping
• Corrugated metal siding on all elevations
• Aluminum square downpipes
• Velux skylights supply & install
• Metal soffit system
• Full waterproofing + sealing details throughout

Almost time to build out the full exterior vision.

We didn’t just replace a roof… we brought this home back to life.

What started as an old cedar system turned into a full rebuild done right. We installed premium taper-sawn cedar shakes across the roof, added new cedar siding on all the dormers and gables, and tied everything together with a DaVinci synthetic mansard for long-term performance. The flat sections were upgraded with a full Soprema SBS modified bitumen system, complete with integrated Velux skylights, while custom powder-coated sheet metal flashings, steel hip and ridge caps, and a chimney shroud handled all the critical transitions.

To finish it off, we are installing steel square gutters and downpipes so the entire system works as one from top to bottom. Making sure all details were done right so the homeowners don’t have to worry about a thing.

Built right from the ground up!

We completed this passive home from start to finish, taking full control of the entire building envelope from the foundation waterproofing all the way to the final roofline and cladding details.

On the exterior, this one was all about precision and performance:
• Standing seam metal roofing with full rigid insulation build-up
• SBS modified bitumen flat roofing system
• Custom flat lock metal panels and architectural detailing
• Fraser wood siding + soffit system
• Complete fascia, square gutters, and downpipe package
• Delta Vent air barrier + continuous exterior insulation
• Full sheet metal flashing package and through-wall waterproofing

Every layer, every transition was planned and executed to perform as one system.
