Outside work can get messy — excavation, old pipe coming out, new pipe going in. That’s part of the job. What matters is what happens when the work is finished.
Everything repaired, everything put back, and a clean finish like we were never there.

That’s the UPR way. We don’t fix. We solve.

A bare foundation wall can tell you a lot about what a home has been dealing with.
Interior waterproofing gives that wall a new layer of protection and helps manage the water that finds its way in — quietly doing its job behind the finished space for years to come.
Because when it comes to water, covering the problem was never the answer. Managing it properly is.

Backwater valve and cleanout installed outside.
Nothing fancy to look at once the job is finished — just proper access to the drain and protection against sewer backups, sitting there ready when it matters.
Clean work. Solid protection. Done right.

What starts as a broken underground drain can quickly turn into a much bigger problem.

This downspout drain was no longer carrying rainwater away from the property properly, allowing water to collect around the driveway. Over time, that excess moisture began breaking down the asphalt and causing damage that would only get worse if left untreated.

The damaged section was exposed, removed, and replaced to restore proper drainage and protect the property from further deterioration.

From exposed pipe to finished repair, every job has the same goal: a solution that lasts.

Clean install. Clean finish.
A proper sump pump system isn’t just about moving water — it’s about protecting the home before problems start.

Sometimes the biggest protection for a home goes in below the surface.
Backwater valve installed outside to help stop sewer backups before they ever reach the house.
A lot of work and planning goes into something most people will never see — but when the heavy rain comes, it matters.

Sometimes the floor has to be opened to remove what’s failing underneath and give the home a new system it can rely on for years to come.
It’s messy while the work is happening, but that’s the reality of rebuilding something properly below the surface.
By the end, the new lines are in, everything is backfilled, and the concrete is restored like it was never opened.

Looked like a war zone when we opened it up.
Mud, water, nowhere clean to stand.
Two backwater valves going in, right in the middle of it.
Took some time, took some work…
but we got it locked in, cleaned up, and put back like nothing ever happened.
That’s the part people don’t always see.
UPR — We don’t fix. We solve.
