This is a 53-storey condo building is now finished at the corner of Sherbourne and Howard in Toronto's St. James Town neighborhood. As part of the project, some of the old houses on the site are being restored and kept alongside the new tower.
Here's what our scope of work includes for this project:
Waterproofing:
-Waterproofing to the foundation walls and below-grade structures
-Waterproofing to the elevator pits, sump pits, and shaft interiors
-Waterproofing to the storm water tank
-Roof deck waterproofing system
-Traffic-grade sealer on the parking slab
Roofing:
-Full roof membrane system across all upper levels of the building from level 2 & up
-Insulation and protection layers built to manufacturer specifications
-Ballast and paver walkways at key roof areas
Cladding:
-Terracotta panel systems
-Aluminum soffits and fascia across the ground floor canopies
-Aluminum column covers
-Metal siding at the mechanical penthouse
-Aluminum panels at the parapets
