This is a 53-storey condo building is now finished at the corner of Sherbourne and Howard in Toronto's St. James Town neighborhood. As part of the project, some of the old houses on the site are being restored and kept alongside the new tower.

Here's what our scope of work includes for this project:

Waterproofing:

-Waterproofing to the foundation walls and below-grade structures

-Waterproofing to the elevator pits, sump pits, and shaft interiors

-Waterproofing to the storm water tank

-Roof deck waterproofing system

-Traffic-grade sealer on the parking slab

Roofing:

-Full roof membrane system across all upper levels of the building from level 2 & up

-Insulation and protection layers built to manufacturer specifications

-Ballast and paver walkways at key roof areas

Cladding:

-Terracotta panel systems

-Aluminum soffits and fascia across the ground floor canopies

-Aluminum column covers

-Metal siding at the mechanical penthouse

-Aluminum panels at the parapets

Our Work at Bretton Place Rosehill Tower is steadily progressing.

We are working away at our Waterproofing & Cladding scope of work as the project continues to take shape.

We are quickly working away at installing the wall panels for floor 31-32, Traffic topping for the parking, as well as installing waterproofing for all the balconies.

THE WORLD CUP IS FINALLY HERE!!

One of the biggest sporting events in the world is coming to Toronto(team Canada opening game today!!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦) - and BMO Field is being built to match it. We're honored to play a part in that.

Our scope on site:

Exterior cladding - supplying and installing soffit panels and perforated aluminum cladding across the building facade

Waterproofing - a full hot rubber membrane system across the VVIP lounges, washrooms, and West Suites on Level 300, ensuring every high-end space is protected from the ground up

Roofing - a fully insulated PVC roofing system complete with v***r barrier and tapered insulation across 1,600 sq ft of the building

We’re wrapping up another important project for the community, thanks to our partner

Following the redevelopment of LOFT’s existing Bradford House program, a new and expanded 99-unit supportive housing residence has been delivered in Bradford West Gwillimbury. The facility is designed to provide affordable, assisted living for seniors and adults with complex needs, offering private self-contained units alongside shared support spaces.

We were trusted to supply and install the roofing & cladding at this location as follows:

Roofing:

• New standing seam metal roof system with full waterproofing layers
• Flat terrace roof system with insulation, drainage, and concrete paver finish
• BUR (built-up roofing) system with layered asphalt and gravel protection
• Complete roof detailing including gutters, downspouts, flashings, and edge metalwork

Cladding:

• UPVC exterior wall siding installed at designated elevations
• Waterproof membrane applied behind the wall system
• Metal support framing system for siding installation
• Exterior trims and flashing integration

Project Awarded - 1925 Victoria Park Ave

1925 Victoria Park is Ontario's first 12-storey near-zero emission mixed-use rental building in Toronto, setting a new benchmark for sustainable development in the GTA.

We were awarded the full waterproofing scope by Amico Affiliates Construction, covering:

-Foundation walls & below-slab waterproofing
-Perimeter foundations, columns & footings
-Elevator pits, cisterns & stormwater tanks
-Garage podium deck & traffic coatings
-Service & garbage rooms
-Exterior water repellent
