Velux Sun Tunnel. Somebody attemped to install a Velux Rigid Sun Tunnel. In the process they cracked dome housing when fastening to base. Judging by the number of bugs, sections of tubing not properly sealed. Oh yeah forgot to mention the leaking from condensation in colder temperatures.

Opening up roof to properly install bathroom vent ducting. Customer complained of steady leak. Original rooftop vent improperly installed complete with wrong ducting, dryer ducting.. Cut open access panel. Connected insulated flex ducting from the fan to collar mounted on roof panel. Reinstalled panel. Installed new shingles and rooftop bathroom exhaust vent.

Customer called and said they had two skylights installed by a general contractor and were now leaking. For anybody wondering, they took the glass off two old Velux fixed skylights and mounted two USED self flashing skylights on top. "WTF!!!!!"

Mopping a coat of driveway sealer on a mod bit roof is not maintenance. It looks pretty. It does not resolve original leak issue, which is lifting membrane around perimiter. Drip edge on the last of its nine lives as well. Call us for a more long term solution.
