Registon Building Restoration Ltd. is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and project administration.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and help keep communication flowing between management, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing daily office operations, calls, emails, correspondence, and scheduling
- Maintaining filing systems, company records, contracts, and administrative documents
- Preparing reports, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and project documentation
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment, calendars, and administrative requirements
- Supporting project managers with files, schedules, progress reports, bid submissions, work orders, and client reports
- Assisting with permits, compliance records, cost tracking, budget reporting, and operational documents
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Registon Building Restoration Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

This role involves managing project planning, estimating, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and communication from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of construction experience as an Estimator and Project Manager, strong knowledge of drawings and specifications, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.

A background in building restoration, concrete restoration, parking garage restoration, waterproofing, masonry restoration, roofing, or commercial and institutional construction is considered an asset.

This is a full-time position with pay based on experience.

Registon Building Restoration was proud to attend and exhibit at the recent Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa Company Condo Con, supporting an event that brought together condominium professionals for education, connection, and industry insight.

Jay represented Registon as both an exhibitor and a speaker during the session “Aging Condos: Planning and Delivering Successful Restoration Projects.”

It was an excellent opportunity to share expertise on restoration planning, project delivery, and the importance of proactive strategies for aging condominium communities.

We were also proud to be part of an event supporting Associa Cares, which raised approximately $212,000 to help communities and families in need.
