Located at the southwest corner of Carlaw Avenue and Queen Street East in Toronto’s Leslieville neighbourhood, 929 Queen St is a proposed 9-storey mixed-use rental building designed by Architectural Unfolded for Woodbourne Capital Management.

929 Queen St is being delivered to LEED Gold certification standards and will incorporate a geothermal heating and cooling system that uses renewable ground-source energy to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions while supporting long-term building sustainability.

Through a mix of presentations, group discussions and interactive activities, our teams have had opportunities to engage with different ideas, perspectives and approaches to working together.

These sessions provide an opportunity to share knowledge, gain new perspectives and continue strengthening the way we communicate and work together across CCM.
