Some jobs really put our planning and teamwork to the test.

At Rose Theatre in Brampton, we handled a major wire pull and conduit installation across catwalks, balconies, and mezzanine levels. Tight spaces and long runs meant we had to reroute piping, add custom bends, and use flexible conduit to get around obstacles. Each day brought new adjustments, from moving junction boxes to swapping out parts when plans changed. We worked safely around tricky stretches and always cleaned up before wrapping up.

Seeing the finished runs in place reminds us how important it is to stay adaptable. Got a challenging space? Let’s talk about the right electrical setup for your needs.

When a temporary battery alarm just won’t cut it, it’s time to get things sorted properly.

In this Scarborough unit, the original smoke alarm was removed due to a malfunction, leaving only a short-term solution. We supplied and installed a new 120V smoke and carbon monoxide alarm with a 10-year battery backup, carefully testing it to ensure full operation. The outdated units were returned, leaving the home with reliable protection that meets current standards.

Safety upgrades like this make a real difference. If you ever have questions about alarm replacement or code compliance, reach out.

Every month brings something new during our fire and life safety inspections. In this Toronto building, we check each emergency exit sign, alarm panel, and lighting system to make sure everything is working like it should.

Over the past year, we've tracked issues like stair doors not latching and a few discharged extinguishers, but regular checks have helped keep most systems in good shape. When we find a problem, like a burnt-out bulb or a broken latch, we log it and follow up for repairs.

Staying on top of these details means residents and staff can count on their safety systems working when it matters.

A camera that suddenly stops working can cause a real headache for any property owner.

We were called out to a Toronto site to get to the bottom of a camera outage. After removing the old unit, we reterminated the wiring and installed a new IP camera with fresh mounting hardware. The new camera powered on right away, confirming the old one was the culprit. We made sure to adjust the view just how Shane needed it.

Every detail matters when it comes to keeping a property secure. Have a system that’s acting up? Let’s get it sorted.

Water damage can quickly knock out key lighting and slow down a busy store.

We were called in to replace several light fixtures in Hamilton after water issues left parts of the ceiling stained and a few fixtures no longer working. We repaired the affected areas, tackled both strip and can lights, and made sure each section—like the waiting area and watch station—was safely lit again.

Now the space is back to its bright, welcoming self. If you notice flickering or dark spots after a leak, it's worth getting those checked out.

A bathroom outlet with a stuck reset button can catch you off guard.

In this Newmarket unit, we found a GFCI that was not only painted over but also had a reset button that wouldn’t budge. We replaced it with a new 15-amp GFCI and a fresh wall plate, making sure the outlet is ready to handle splashes and protect the space.

Having a working GFCI makes a big difference for bathroom safety. If you spot any outlets that look worn or won’t reset, it’s worth checking into.

Sometimes small surprises come up when wiring a new EV charger, especially when the panel location isn’t quite where we expected. For this Tesla Wall Connector in Markham, we had to carefully plan the run with armoured cable to make sure everything reached and fit safely.

After sorting the wiring and testing the setup, we helped the homeowner transfer charger ownership and made sure the system was working at full 48A capacity. Now this garage is ready for fast, reliable charging that meets all Ontario electrical codes. Have questions about EV charger installs? Let’s talk.

Getting ready for an EV often means making changes in the garage. We installed a NEMA 14-50 charging outlet on the front interior wall, using #6 gauge cable to safely handle up to 48 amps.

This setup makes it easy to use a standard charging cord or switch to a wall connector later on. Every detail was handled, from routing the cable to coordinating permits and inspections with the Electrical Safety Authority.

A reliable charging solution starts with the right foundation. Thinking about a similar upgrade? Let’s talk about what works best for your space.

Winter installs don’t come easy, but the results are worth it.❄️⚡️

For this Porsche EV charger in Toronto, we had to fish a 6/3 Teck cable through tight spaces, deal with hidden light fixtures and pipes, and create access hatches along the way. Running the cable behind garbage bins and under the deck helped keep things tidy and out of sight.

The finished setup gives reliable 40-amp charging, mounted neatly on the fence and ready for daily use. If you’re thinking about making the switch to electric, it’s possible—no matter the season.
