We gave this first floor living space an open concept by blowing out an entire 22ft wall dividing the kitchen and living room. Utilizing post jacks,lvls and joist hangers along with sistering some trusses to give this back split home a wow factor when walking in. We packed in the lvls to make sure the ceiling stays true and flush to an actual open concept. Allowing the future contractors to build a beautiful living space effortlessly.
