At Wilcox Door Service, Indigenous Day is an opportunity for our team to come together, share a meal, learn, and celebrate the cultures, histories and contributions of Indigenous Peoples across Canada.
This year, our team gathered for a special lunch and learning session, with custom Wilcox Indigenous Day shirts created to mark the occasion and celebrate the Indigenous roots that are an important part of who we are as a company.
We also wanted the day to have an impact beyond our walls.
Through a team raffle and donations, our employees raised an incredible $๐ญ,๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฐ, with 100% of the proceeds supporting two organizations doing meaningful work in Indigenous communities:
