16 months ago I decided to head back to my original home town and take on this crazy endeavor... The Bellevue Hotel Project, an 80yo, 36k sqft multi use complete rebuild including 26 affordable housing units and potential 7 commercial retail units. Many of you know this building, oh the stories we created here... Some we chose to forget... We were young then... So it's time for a fresh start for this old girl. I'm on time and on budget, definitely the biggest challenge of my carrier. I couldn't have done it without my team of great go-to guys, amazing carpenters and of course all my subtrades. You guys all rock! All the local vendors, and subtrades, we used everyone local as much as we could.
