🏠 WE’RE HIRING – QUALITY MANAGER
Pro-Built Homes | Miramichi, NB
Pro-Built Homes is growing, and we are looking to add an additional Quality Manager to our team!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join our Quality Management Team and work alongside our existing quality personnel to strengthen our quality-control processes and ensure every home we build meets the high standards our customers expect.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
• Work as part of the Quality Management Team to oversee quality throughout production
• Conduct inspections and testing at various stages of the home-building process
• Test and record plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and material moisture contents
• Identify deficiencies and ensure they are addressed efficiently
• Work closely with production supervisors and construction crews
• Monitor workmanship and ensure homes are built according to plans, specifications, codes, and company standards
• Help identify recurring quality issues and develop solutions
• Complete quality-control documentation and inspection reports
• Assist with final inspections before homes leave the facility
• Communicate quality expectations clearly to employees
• Support continuous improvement within our manufacturing process
• Help maintain consistency and accountability across all production areas
👷 The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in residential construction, modular construction, or quality control
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of construction practices and building plans
• Ability to identify problems and work with teams to find solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Building code and construction inspection experience is an asset
