Dealing with a wet backyard, poor drainage, or a sump pump that never seems to stop running?

This property needed a lot more than just fresh grass.

We completed extensive excavation, drainage installation, and property grading to completely change how water moves through this backyard.

We’re talking drainage pipe, multiple soakaway pits, and strategic water diversion systems designed to manage the water below ground - the work most people will never see.

The result? A sump pump that’s working less, better water management, and a beautiful green backyard these homeowners can finally enjoy.

We’re taking you behind the scenes at RESCON as we tackle some unexpected challenges, showcase completed projects, break ground on new ones, and share a few laughs with the crew along the way.

We also say goodbye (for now) to some of the guys as they head back to university. Always bittersweet losing good crew members after a busy season!

$50K backyard… as long as your husband covers the other $200K 😌

This Snow Valley project was a full design build from the ground up - taking an empty backyard and turning it into a complete outdoor living space.

From the initial design and layout to the hardscape, pool, cabana, gardens and all the finishing details, every part of this backyard was planned to work together.

A quarter million dollar backyard isn’t just about expensive products. It’s about the design, craftsmanship, proper installation, and the details you don’t see once everything is finished.

This one turned out pretty damn good. 👌

Grateful for the crew we have and everything we’ve accomplished this year. It’s been a busy start to the fall, but we’ve still got plenty left in the tank before the season’s over.

These photos are from our shoot with in-lite outdoor lighting 💡 who flew in from the Netherlands to capture this project and show the difference lighting really makes.

Same space. Lights off vs lights on. Completely different experience.

That’s why lighting isn’t an afterthought in our design-builds, it’s part of the process from day one.
