Another project completed summer 2022 that saw multiple improvements be made to this beautiful waterfront property including a pathway partially torn up and redirected to a new basment walkout. A patio removed in the process of digging and installing the retaining walls for the walkout and being re-laid after walkout was completed. And a new patio and fire pit installed overlooking the lake. More projects to be done to this property this coming summer.

Step repair from last fall, steps were crumbling off and getting pushed out and top landing was heaving up and was a tripping hazard. All steps and pavers replaced, straightened, and made solid again just in time for winter! First 2 pictures are berofe, last 3 are after.
