Balson Pest Control & Wildlife Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced **Senior Wildlife Technician** to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is confident in the field, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has hands-on experience with **wildlife removal, exclusion, repairs, and prevention**.

🦝 **What we’re looking for:**
• Previous wildlife control/exclusion experience
• Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in attics/crawlspaces
• Strong construction, repair, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify wildlife entry points and develop effective solutions
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with customers
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

And apparently, squirrels didn't get the memo that your attic isn't available. 😂

As temperatures start to cool, squirrels begin looking for warm, protected places to spend the colder months. Small openings around rooflines, soffits and fascia can give them the opportunity they need to move right in.

The new view might be great for them. The scratching above your ceiling? Not so great for you. 👀
