👷‍♂️ Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Emcon Services! 👷‍♂️

Today, we celebrate the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who lead by example, work hard, and put their families first.

Whether you’re operating equipment, maintaining highways, working in the shop, managing projects, or supporting your team behind the scenes, your dedication helps build stronger communities and brighter futures.

Thank you for the early mornings, long days, and countless sacrifices that often go unseen. We hope you have the opportunity to relax, spend time with loved ones, and enjoy a well-deserved day of appreciation.

From our Emcon family to yours, Happy Father’s Day!

🚨 Slow Down. Move Over. 🚨
Every flashing light represents someone on the job, working hard to keep our roads safe. Whether it’s a roadside worker, traffic control crew, maintenance vehicle, or snowplow, there are real people behind those lights with families waiting for them at home.
When you see flashing lights ahead, slow down, move over when it’s safe to do so, and stay alert. A few extra seconds of caution can make all the difference.
Let’s do our part to ensure every worker gets home safely at the end of the day.

As we move through Men’s Mental Health Month, we want to take a moment to remind everyone that mental health matters.

For too long, outdated stigmas have made it difficult for many men to speak openly about their struggles. True strength is not about staying silent. It is about having the courage to ask for help, express your emotions, and prioritize your well-being.

A few important reminders:
✔️ It’s okay to not be okay.
✔️ Talking about mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness.
✔️ Seeking support is one of the bravest steps a person can take.
✔️ Mental health deserves the same attention and care as physical health.

Whether you’re facing challenges yourself or supporting someone who is, know that help is available and you are not alone.

If you or someone you know needs support:
📞 Call or text 988 (Su***de & Crisis Lifeline)
📱 Crisis Text Line: Text HELLO to 741741

Let’s continue building a culture where looking out for one another, having honest conversations, and asking for help are encouraged every day.

🔥 It’s BBQ Season! 🍔

A little teamwork goes a long way.

Thanks to the crew’s efforts cleaning up the yard and recycling some scrap material, we were able to raise enough funds to treat our entire mechanical team and office staff to lunch last Thursday.

It was a great couple of hours to step away from the daily grind, enjoy some good food, share a few laughs, and spend time together as a team. These moments help build the strong culture that keeps us moving forward every day.

A big thank you to everyone who pitched in to make it happen!
