What started out as a small addition for a little extra leg room in the mud room, became much more. We moved an old 12’x12’ deck from one location, to this cottage. Added a patio door and another 9’ of deck . Also put in a parking pad. All n all it was an interesting summer project.

Here was a cool project from a few years back. Enjoyed repurposing these 166 year old boards!
Wish I had pictures of the “bowling lane” hallway this space used to serve.
Because of the support column holding a beam we could not eliminate certain areas to make an open concept like the client had requested.
So instead we camouflaged the water main shut off in behind the tv along with a few shelves. Also, conveniently added two closets at both ends. Who doesn’t love extra closet space?!
