A home begins with a vision. It comes to life through trust.

Our Showhome was built for a lovely couple who are making Medicine Hat their home. We met together, listened to their vision, understood their budget, worked through selections and details—and then they trusted our team to bring it all to life. And we think we succeeded.

Because building a home is about so much more than the finishes you see. It’s about listening carefully, understanding what matters to the people who will live there, and earning their confidence throughout the process.

Every home is a lesson in trust.

And because a home should be made for every member of the family… we even created a custom little home for their four-legged family member. 🐾 The sweetest part? The homeowner made the sign for it herself. It’s those personal touches that make a house feel like their home.

Come see this one for yourself. Our Showhome at 57 Hamptons Bay is open again this week:

Tonight | 6–8 PM
Saturday & Sunday | 1–5 PM

We’d love to welcome you in.

There from the beginning…..

For 17 years, we’ve had the privilege of bringing a new vision to the BILD Medicine Hat Parade of Homes.
Since 2009, Brost Developments has created 20 Parade of Homes showhomes — making us the only builder to have participated every year since the Parade began.

Twenty homes. Seventeen years. Countless details thoughtfully considered.

Through changing styles, evolving trends and new ways of living, one thing has remained constant: our belief that exceptional homes are built through a thoughtful balance of design, craftsmanship and the details that make a house feel distinctly its own.

Looking back, each showhome marks a chapter in our story — a reflection of where we were, what we were learning and where we were building toward next.
A legacy built one showhome at a time.
Still Building Forward.

One more set of keys. One more home that is completely their own.

Last Friday, we had the privilege of handing over the keys to this beautiful home — a space designed around the homeowners’ style, priorities and budget.

From the finishes chosen, to the details that make the home feel uniquely theirs, every decision was intentional. That’s one of the things we love most about building custom homes: there’s no formula, no two homes that look exactly alike, and no “Brost style” that every home has to fit into.

Instead, we start with you — and build from there.
Congratulations to these homeowners on their beautiful new home. We hope the years ahead are filled with all the good things that make a house truly feel like home.

No two Brost homes the same. Because no two homeowners are either.

Bailey and Macey, appointed Employee Duo of the Year🏆

Was there a vote? No.
Were there other nominees? Also no.
Did we make a poster to self-appoint ourselves anyway? Absolutely😎

279 homes. And counting.

We’re currently building our 279th home.

That number represents more than houses.

It represents decades of experience. Hundreds of families who trusted us with one of the biggest investments of their lives. Thousands of decisions made on job sites. Long-standing relationships with trades and suppliers. Problems solved. Lessons learned. And a reputation built one home—and one relationship—at a time.

Have we done everything perfectly along the way? No.

But every challenge, every mistake and every home has taught us something. We’ve carried those lessons forward, continually improving how we build, how we communicate, and how we serve our clients.

That experience matters.

Because when you choose a builder, you’re not just choosing the team that will build your home today. You’re choosing the knowledge they’ve gained from every home they built before yours.

We’re proud of the legacy behind us. But we’re even more excited about what we’re still learning, improving and building ahead.

279 homes later, we’re still Building Forward.
