"J&M and their office staff were fantastic. I received a couple of follow up calls until we were able to book the work to be done. They honored a previous quote that was expired and that allowed us to make the decision more easily. Some negatives unfortunately were that we had a bin outside of our house for two weeks until work started and then for over a week after 4 weeks in total. As it unfortunately goes for many.." says Aaron on Google

"I have a mixed review. The price and quality of product I received was better than other companies I got quotes from, which was nice. The area I would like to see improved was regarding communication between their staff, other companies and the home owner. I had a separate company involved to remove and re install my solar panels; however, no one was communicating. I found I was playing coordinator and the receptionist.." says Emily on Google

"Had a leak coming down the drain pipe that vents on the roof. They got back to me the next day and had someone come take a look and then sent me a quote pretty quickly. Was fairly priced and also sealed up some gaps around the chimney. Hasn't leaked since. I would definitely call them again" says Cole on Google
