NOW HIRING — WINTER SNOW TEAM

Winter is coming, and we’re building our on-call snow removal team for the 2026/27 season.
If you’re dependable, ready to work when the snow hits, and don’t mind early mornings or overnight shifts, we want to hear from you.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT PLOW OPERATORS:
$22–$25/hour
Start: 8:00–11:00 p.m.
Finish: Approx. 6:00–9:00 a.m.
Operate equipment including Kubota M7 tractors, wheel loaders, skid steers, Toolcats and small cabbed tractors. Equipment experience is required.
LIGHT EQUIPMENT / SOLO SIDEWALK OPERATORS:
$20–$22/hour
Start: 8:00–10:00 p.m.
Finish: Approx. 3:00–4:00 a.m.
Work independently ahead of our sidewalk crews using small cabbed sidewalk machines, snow blowers and sweepers.
SIDEWALK CREW LEADS:
$21/hour
Start: 3:00 a.m.
Shifts may run until 3:00 p.m.
Lead a sidewalk crew while working alongside your team. You’ll be responsible for site quality, documentation, material tracking and keeping your crew on schedule.
SIDEWALK ASSISTANTS:
$15–$20/hour
Start: 3:00 a.m.
Shifts may run until 3:00 p.m.
Work as part of a crew clearing snow and ice using backpack blowers, shovels, ice scrapers, ice melt and sand.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is on-call, weather-dependent work. Shifts are scheduled when snow events occur, so applicants must be able to reliably work the hours required for their position.
Our crews use tablets/apps to follow routes and site instructions, complete safety and equipment inspections, and document completed work with before-and-after photos.
