Calm down Mother Nature! 🥶🥶🥶

Big roof. Big lift. 💪🏗️

We built this 52’ x 28’ roof in two sections on the ground, complete with trusses, plywood sheathing, ice & water shield, synthetic underlayment, and pre-strapped for steel before bringing in the crane and lifting it into place.😎

A lot of work done before it ever left the ground, saving a ton of time once it was in the air.🫡

Always looking for better ways to build, improve efficiency, and keep pushing our capabilities as a company. Work smarter, build better. 👊

There’s something special about seeing your company name up on the boards of the rink in the little town you grew up in. 🇨🇦

Everybody who grew up here knows this arena. It’s where generations of kids have laced up their skates, played hockey, and made memories.

I’ve been going to the gym upstairs for the past nine months, and when a spot opened up on the boards my loving wife and partner Talia jumped all over it❤️. Getting to look down through the window and see the Bancroft Building Co. sign sitting there on the ice is a pretty proud moment.

Being a contractor in a small town, you learn to celebrate the little wins. We’re not a big corporation, just a local business working hard, building our reputation, and trying to make a name for ourselves in the community we call home.😎

And honestly, it doesn’t get much better than seeing your company name right there where the kids are playing hockey and the next generation is making their memories.

It might just be a sign on a rink board to some people, but to me, it means a whole lot more.

Proud to call this little town home, and proud to build here. 👊

Happy Thanksgiviner! 🇨🇦 No rest for the wicked!😎

A couple of the boys and I decided to put in a Saturday and lay the smackdown on this 24’ x 30’ garage. 💪

All four walls framed, sheeted, and wrapped in Typar, with enough time left to get home and enjoy the rest of the afternoon with our families.🫡

Great crew, solid progress, and another one moving along! 👊
