Located along Royal Yor Road - identified as a Major Street in Toronto's official Plan - this site falls under the purview of the EHON: Major Streets policy, which encourages gentle intensification in neighborhood-designated areas along key corridors. A total of 24 residential units have been carefully integrated, offering a balanced mix of three-bedroom, two-bedroom, and compact studio apartments.
