ting system, NorthGrid Solar has developed the proprietary Elevated Truss System (ETS) which lefts the solar panels off the roof surface and distributes the weight of the solar system (which is typically much lighter than tradition mounting systems) across the building's columns. This allows a building owner to install a NorthGrid Solar system on a building that would not be able to hold a traditional solar racking system. This is not only better for the roof it also results in great energy production. It't truly a brilliant solution!
