Meet Umar, one of our newest installers in Edmonton, Alberta! 👋

Originally from Ghana, Umar joined The Reset Team about a month ago and is already settling in. He enjoys hands-on work, working alongside great people, and taking pride in doing the job right.

Outside of work, Umar stays active, watches football, and seeks opportunities to learn and improve. His approach to life and work is simple: work hard, stay humble, and never take anything for granted.

Advice for anyone new to TRT? Show up ready to work, be respectful, ask questions, and learn from those around you.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Kaleigh! 🌟

This week, we’re heading to Nanaimo, BC, to introduce you to Kaleigh, one of our Merchandisers at The Reset Team.

One of the things Kaleigh enjoys most about TRT is the sense of community and the people she works with. Being part of a great team and having a positive working environment makes the job especially rewarding for her.

Outside of work, Kaleigh enjoys listening to music, taking nature walks, spending time with family, and unwinding with her journal. And then there’s her other passion — singing, which she’s loved since childhood! 🎤 We may have a future TRT karaoke champion on our hands!

At home, Kaleigh’s favourite companion is her cat, who she calls “the sweetest cat in the world” and her angel. ❤️

When it comes to perspective, Kaleigh likes the quote:
“We’re only haunted by the things we refuse to accept.”

And if she could walk onto every job site with her own soundtrack playing in the background, you can expect some serious energy from Zedd. 🎶

When asked what advice she would give someone new to TRT, Kaleigh kept it simple: take your time, ask questions, and pay attention to the details.

Today, we are shining the spotlight on Samantha, the newest Merchandiser to join The Reset Team! Hailing from Wi******er, Ontario, Samantha has hit the ground running and is already bringing fantastic energy to our projects.

What she loves about TRT: For Samantha, it’s all about the people. She credits her "truly amazing" coworkers for making her transition into the company smooth, welcoming, and collaborative right from day one.

A familiar skill set: While she is new to the TRT family, Samantha isn't new to the role. She brings valuable prior merchandising experience to the table—know-how that is already making an impact on the job site.

Outside the office: When she isn't merchandising, Samantha is a big wrestling fan and loves catching the latest matches. She also enjoys unwinding after a productive shift by heading home to spend quality time with her dogs.

Words of wisdom: Samantha’s advice for fellow newcomers is both practical and reassuring: “Don’t let it overwhelm you—if you’re not sure, just ask.”
