This second-floor addition at a North York detached home is currently mid-build — and the numbers already tell the story: structure up in under 40 days, living area set to double once complete.

What went into it:
→ Full second-floor structural addition above an existing garage and kitchen
→ Existing roofline removed, new floor system installed
→ Framing, sheathing, and window rough-ins complete
