Successful concrete pours don’t happen by accident — they’re built on solid preparation.

At our New West 4th Street stair upgrade, the real work started long before the concrete showed up. From precise formwork and elevations, to reinforcement placement, bracing, access planning, and safety coordination, every detail was checked and re-checked to ensure a smooth pour day and a long-lasting finished product.

Over the past couple of months, our team has been hard at work completing some heavy structural concrete formwork and reinforcing work — and we’re proud to share some of the progress.

From complex footing layouts and dense rebar cages to multi-level wall forms, our crew has been pushing through challenging terrain and tight site conditions to deliver clean, accurate, and safe work. These pours included:
