Emails and messages of harassment and insults will result in immediate dismissal of any contract. When we document every single conversation, via recording, every single process is photographed and when this can disprove people’s “complaints” it will be taken as an attempt to fraud our company. We work very hard to ensure we do everything we can to make your garden dreams come true. Coming to an end for the season we have had to sit down with our team and assess how we go forwards. We have offered multiple services for our clients often pro rating the prices low to make sure goals can be obtained. We however do not control Mother Nature nor does she show up at staff meetings to let us know her plans.
For everyone who ordered grub eradicating through us needs to be reminded this current infestation our region is dealing with 1 even 2 years of applications will take care of most of the surface issues HOWEVER!!!! This system has to be effectively done on surrounding areas.
Clients who pick and choose if they want a boulevard attached to their home left untreated will essetially flaw the entire system.
Bloom and prune cannot be held to clients not following plans, and not listening to guides and steps. Success comes from learning what is required. We also have the reputation that anytime something is our fault, we fix it at NO COST to our clients EVERYTIME! We have MANY satisfied people who are very pleased with our work and will not take picking apart our business 9 months after services.

While this wasn’t the closing of the season post we wanted to make, it is essential to protect the honor we hold as a business.
