Turning an existing warehouse into a functional, modern workspace. 🔧🏢

This project includes the addition of three new washrooms, a staff kitchen, and brand-new mechanical systems throughout the building.

Our scope included:
✔️ Concrete scanning and layout
✔️ Concrete cutting and underground piping installation
✔️ Tying into existing base building services
✔️ New ductwork for heating and cooling
✔️ Installation of an LG heat pump
✔️ Two new fan coil units
✔️ New plumbing fixtures and hot water tank

The finished space may look simple, but it takes a lot of planning, coordination, and skilled trades to get there. Proud of the work our team is putting into this transformation.
