Oh, the battle of keeping our vans organized so we can succeed out in the field. It’s step one.

Even if it’s Friday and you just slammed in three boilers during the week, when you roll in Monday at 7 AM to a messy van… that’s a heavy load before the day even starts.

We tell our guys: take the extra 10 minutes after every job to put your tools and materials back where they belong. Easier said than done, but small disciplines create big results.

What can I say? Without you, none of this would be possible. I had the idea, you gave the backing, and mom fed us both. You made countless sacrifices by bringing us to Canada, and we’re going to make you proud! Every day is a new challenge, fun, embracing the ups and the downs. Here’s to you, you legend!

What I enjoy most about being a plumber and running a plumbing business is the challenge. It makes me feel alive when every day there is something new to look forward to. The failures, no matter how much they hurt at the present time, give me an opportunity to grow even further when the scars heal. Watching our team members grow through the training we provide is a satisfying feeling.

What a wonderful industry that has allowed me to provide for myself, my family, and the many people I work alongside.

💧 Another Happy Home in Maple Ridge!

We just replaced an old water heater with a brand-new, code-compliant system, and this one came with a little bonus, we were able to acquire the tank under warranty for a homeowner who just had a water main leak, saving them some money! 💰

The new setup includes:
• Earthquake straps for peace of mind
• Expansion tank & drain pan to prevent surprises
• Fresh pressure regulator & shut-off valves
• Upgraded exhaust for better performance

The homeowner decided to keep their old gas shut-off valve — some things are just “vintage chic”! 😄

It’s always satisfying to see a job done right — reliable hot water, a safer home, and a little money left in the wallet for our customer!

There’s just something about a well-organized shop that feels good.

When you know where everything is, the whole space feels calmer. You’re not digging through piles to find one tool or stepping over scraps just to get started. You walk in, get to work, and stay in the zone. It’s less frustration and more momentum.

A good setup doesn’t mean everything has to look perfect or brand new. It just means your tools make sense where they are. The stuff you use all the time is easy to grab, materials are stacked where they belong, and cleanup doesn’t feel like a chore.
