bc is grown in beautiful Salmon Arm, BC. We like to call it a Canadian hard-neck. Our garlic has a bold flavour that can be sharp and spicy when raw, but turns mellow, nutty, and slightly sweet when cooked. Fresh cloves add a strong kick that wakes up any dish, while roasted garlic brings a smooth, buttery richness.
