We have been doing lots of repairs this spring of other contractors work, that are unnecessary.
please, when hiring a contractor get some references, or ask for proof, its just sad when people are spending lots of money and than in end they are having to redo it because it was improperly installed.
We are seeing this across all our fields of work, From easy simple fixes to entire jobs that are getting replaced. If a contractor is 20% less than another vet both of them ask one why he's less and the other why he's more. Doing some research will help save you money in the longterm, and you will get the outcome that you desire, not watching your money get thrown into a dumpster that's set to go to the landfill.
I had set photo's of three separate jobs aside and was going to share them as well but I feel like these people have went threw enough and dont need photos of their houses online.

I do get asked what an average bill is.we drove roughly 2-3000km(two trucks) last month at a cost of 120$ or 200.00$ if you dont count my solar.

Now to figure my dieseltruck has a 180ltr tank. It is well over 400$ to fill that truck once. And keep in mind this bill is also factoring my 11,000 sq of shop and storage space.
