Selling:

2 NEW Designer Roller Shades by Hunter Douglas. Semi Opaque, Literise Cordless Lifting System. Square Cassette Headrail wrapped in fabric.
Fabric: Isabela. Colour: Gray Mist

This fabric is beautiful and goes well with soft neutrals and soft coastal palettes.

Total 2 Blinds - same size.
Inside Mount. Size: 82 3/8" x 58 3/8"

One blind has more visible natural fabric slubs on the headrail, as well as a small fray on the edge. See picture.

The other blind had a blemish on the shade but has since been cleaned and it is no longer visible. Picture shows a mark on the top of the blind where it was dinged in storage but this sits against the window jamb and is not seen.

These blinds were installed but taken down when blemishes were noticed during the initial install with client.

Comes with all mounting hardware.

Retailed over $1200 per blind.
Asking $450 each

Peeling back the layers of an 1888 farmhouse - a bit of history has revealed itself.

A pair of children's shoes 👞 👞
This ties into centuries-old folk tradition known as CONSEALED SHOES, where they were placed within walls to ward off evil, protect the home and people who live there, or bring good luck. In some cases, it could have been placed as a memorial.

We also uncovered old newspapers 📰🗞
Adhered to the framing like wallpaper. One was advertising 12 cent socks - dating this layer of the home back to the latest 1800s to early 1900s, when everyday goods became more accessible following Canada's shift from pense/pounds to decimal currency.

Pieces of history.... quietly sitting behind the walls all these years.

Small space… big personality ✨

Powder rooms are where you can have a little fun and lean into the unexpected—layering pattern, playing with colour, and choosing pieces that feel a bit more “you” than usual. It’s one of the few spaces where going bold doesn’t feel overwhelming… it just works.

Since it’s a smaller footprint, it’s also the perfect place to splurge on something special—maybe a statement sink, a show-stopping tile, or a wallpaper that steals the show.

What do all of these images have in common?

They don’t actually exist—yet.

Each one began as a detailed 2D floor plan, carefully drafted in our architectural design program. From there, the plans are developed into realistic 3D renderings so clients can clearly see their remodel or build before construction begins.

It’s a practical way to make decisions with confidence, refine details early, and avoid costly revisions later.

We create renderings for our own design-build projects, and we also work with homeowners and contractors who want a clear visual tool to communicate their vision.
