We recently updated this home with brand new vinyl plank flooring, the old floors were removed and replaced for a clean, modern look. After that, the baseboards were painted, and reinstalled to tie it all together.
The new tenants were excited to move in and are already making the space their own, even choosing to repaint the walls themselves to really make it feel more like home.

Following a water loss in the basement of a home, we were contracted to restore the space to its pre-loss condition. The lower 2 feet of drywall, flooring, and the sleeper system had been removed due to water damage. Our team completed a the renovations, which included installing new drywall, refinishing the walls, new flooring system and with help from Krista at Board & Beam Carpentry Ltd we installed a new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now fully restored, clean, dry, and ready for use!

After fixing some structural framing of the existing addition, we were able to move forward smoothly and wrap up the rest of the work without any issues. The entire process was completed efficiently and met both our quality standards and the client's expectations.

If you can cut a straight line, hang a door without swearing too much, and actually enjoy making things square, level, and beautiful — you might be our kind of person.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who knows how to use tools (bonus if you bring your own!)
Has a decent sense of humor and a strong work ethic
Can work solo or with a crew
Doesn’t call it quits after two cuts and a coffee
