Day 2: Ceiling and Woodwork done right.

After clearing everything out and prepping the floor in detail on Day 1, this old Dartmouth apartment was finally ready for the repairs and the final paint work.

We patched the damaged ceiling, replaced missing baseboards, repaired broken trims and doors, sanded everything properly, stain-blocked the ceiling with oil-based Cover Stain, caulked the gaps, primed the woodwork, and kept the jobsite clean along the way.

This was not just a repaint.
This was years of damage being corrected one step at a time.

Then we gave the ceiling and the woodwork another thorough sanding after the primer and gave them the final coats.

A clean finish doesn’t happen by accident — it starts with proper prep, proper products, and patience.

Day 2 is done.
Day 3 is where the walls will be repaired in detail and painted and the final reveal will come together.

Day 1: This apartment needed serious help.

Damaged walls, broken trims, missing baseboards, stained ceiling, old furniture, rough floor — this was not just a quick repaint.

Before painting, we cleared everything out as the client had requested, cleaned the space, protected the floor, and got it ready for proper repairs.

Because the final finish is only as good as the prep behind it.

A good paint job doesn’t start with paint.
It starts with caring about the details nobody sees at the end.

Day 1 was rescue mode.
Day 2 is where this apartment starts coming back to life.

Follow for the full transformation.
