Stéphane Poissant, président et cofondateur de la Fondation Toit Bleu, est président et propriétaire d'Ernest Hotte Inc. — entrepreneur général spécialisé en toiture, fondé en 1930 — et vice-président et cofondateur de Plomberie Syracuse.
Premier vice-président de la CRCA (Association canadienne des entrepreneurs en couverture) et ancien président de l'AMCQ (Association des maîtres couvreurs du Québec), il a longtemps présidé les comités techniques des deux associations.
Il y a dix ans, en rencontrant sa conjointe, il a embrassé sans réserve le monde de l'autisme. Père de famille dévoué, il comprend les défis quotidiens des familles.
Sa maîtrise du financement et de la gestion de projet, ainsi que son expertise en maisons intelligentes et en IA, façonnent des environnements qui soutiennent l'autonomie et le bien-être. Il se consacre à faire de la Fondation une référence en hébergement spécialisé au Québec. 💙

Stéphane Poissant, President and co-founder of the Blue Roof Foundation, is President and owner of Ernest Hotte Inc. — a general contractor specializing in roofing, founded in 1930 — and vice-president and co-founder of Plomberie Syracuse.
1st Vice-President of the CRCA and past president of the QMRA, he chaired the technical committees of both associations for many years.
Ten years ago, when Stéphane met his wife, he embraced the world of autism wholeheartedly. A devoted family man, he understands the daily challenges families face.
His mastery of financial structuring and project management, along with his expertise in smart homes and AI, shapes environments that support autonomy and well-being. He is dedicated to making the Foundation a reference in specialized housing in Québec. 💙
