This basement bathroom was a complete overhaul as it was not plumbed properly when it was originally done. It required smashing the floor and opening it all up to have it done correctly .

To make the washroom larger we took space from the laundry room and made a new doorway in as well as added 2 storage rooms.

Remember that ditch fill we were working on a couple weeks ago…. the project has been completed. We were able to lay the sod last week and what perfect timing as it rained for a couple days so no need to water for our client. 💧
