🚧 New Project Alert 🚧

Coming soon, we’ll be getting started on the Dearness Drive Infrastructure Renewal Project in London.

This project is all about upgrading critical infrastructure and improving how people move through the area—both today and for years to come.

Once complete, the corridor will benefit from:
• Reconstructed roadway to improve overall driving conditions
• Upgraded water, storm and sanitary services to support long-term reliability
• Improved traffic flow and safer access for vehicles
• Enhanced pedestrian infrastructure for better connectivity

We know what comes with projects like this—lane reductions, traffic shifts and a few extra orange pylons along the way. Not always convenient, but it’s short-term disruption for long-term improvement.

At the end of the day, this work is about strengthening our infrastructure, supporting growth and making our roads safer for everyone.

Soon we’ll be getting started on the Western Road, Sarnia Road and Philip Aziz Avenue improvements in London.

This project is about more than construction. It’s about building a safer, more efficient corridor for the entire community.

Once complete, this area will see:
• Improved traffic flow and reduced congestion at a key intersection
• New and upgraded water, storm and sanitary infrastructure to support long-term growth
• Safer pedestrian crossings with more space and visibility
• New cycling infrastructure to better connect the community

We know… lane closures and traffic pylons aren’t anyone’s favourite. But it’s short-term pain for long-term gain, and the end result will be well worth it.

With thousands of people moving through this corridor every day, these upgrades will make a real difference—improving how people travel, connect and move through the city.

After a busy start to the season, Victoria Day is a great time to recharge, spend time with family and enjoy a well-earned break.

If you think our projects are big… you should see what happens before we even break ground.

Long before equipment hits the site, there’s a massive amount of work happening behind the scenes.

Our team is reviewing specs, analyzing drawings, pricing the work and building detailed plans just to get the job off the ground. We’re coordinating permits, aligning timelines, confirming logistics and making sure every detail is accounted for before the first shovel goes in.

Because once construction starts, there’s no room for guesswork.

It takes experience, precision and a whole lot of coordination to turn a set of drawings into a successful project.

It’s not always the part people see—but it’s what sets everything else up for success.
