Hollandia Pools & Spas is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our team!

If you have hands-on pool service experience, enjoy troubleshooting and working outdoors, and are ready to take the lead on jobs while helping train newer technicians, we’d love to hear from you.

💰 $Competitive Salary (D.O.E.)
📅 Full-Time | Permanent | Year-Round Employment
📍 London, Ontario & Surrounding Area
⏰ Monday–Friday | Weekends as required

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead pool opening and closing crews
• Perform pool maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment
• Install liners, safety covers and equipment
• Train and support junior service technicians
• Provide customers with pool and equipment orientations
• Assist with hot tub deliveries and installations
• Maintain your assigned service vehicle, tools and supplies
• Deliver professional, knowledgeable customer service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ 2+ years of senior pool service experience or 4+ years in a junior service role
✓ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✓ Ability to lead and train a small crew
✓ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✓ Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
✓ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
✓ Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
✓ Professional, dependable and organized

Store hours for spring! We were happy to see old and new faces on our first day open at our new location! We are open tomorrow from 9am - 1pm, stop by and say hi or grab a pool opening kit!

The staff in our retail store are ready to welcome you back tomorrow Friday April 17th starting at 9am! Pool opening kits are ready to go and the water test station is primed.

Regular hours M-F 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.
